UI/UX Design

For Usability & interaction design we were assigned to design an innovative festival experience. We chose to create a new festival experience for Tomorrowland and focus on festival visitors aged 26 - 35.

About

"How can we make Tomorrowland digitally accessible before, during and after the festival in an innovative way so that visitors ...? This is the question we have answered through the design thinking process.

By going through the different steps of the design process we designed an innovative digital festival experience for Tomorrowland to improve the service of the food stands. This experience was worked out in prototypes and tested with the target group. After 8 weeks we ended with a clickable prototype in Adobe XD.

Prototype

At this stage we made prototypes of our idea. We made a distinction between two types of prototype, namely low and mid-fidelity.

Final product

Our final product is the Food Fairy, a digital kiosk where festival visitors can plan their meals. They can order their food on it and make the choice between pick-up or delivery. View the end product in Adobe XD here Or take a look at our presentation document (NL)
